3 Eye Design is a static template designed by Artvera. The template was created originally as a portfolio website, however was later released to the public for their own editing and usage. It sports the simple white creating the feeling of cleanliness on the design and a photo-manipulation as a banner. We found this photo fascinating, however somewhat limiting for someone who doesn't want to customize much and would like just to get up and running with the template. It keeps all the menus on the left hand of the screen and general news information in a 3 column state. We had no issues installing, and no issues using the template. Overall, a very well made template minus a slight feel of clutter.
